Trevor is a rock climber, snowboarder, and mountaineer. He would use the Holman Prize to team up blind civilians and wounded veterans to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and connect with disabled children in Tanzania.
Michelle Young
Michelle has worked with blind people on structured discovery in Qatar, the United States, and Australia. With the Holman Prize, she would hold residential workshops on structured discovery and echolocation orientation and mobility techniques.
Chad Allen
Chad has been a performing magician for over twenty years. He would use the Holman Prize to digitize notable magic books, making them accessible for the first time to blind people.
Abdullah Aljuaid
Abdullah is interested in e-commerce. With the Holman Prize, he would create a global consultation app for blind people to find information on learning, mobility, fitness and e-commerce.
NeZaMi Ensemble
The NeZaMi Ensemble of Vladimir, Dilyara, Minullin and Chagin play fifteen instruments between them. With the Holman Prize, they would travel to Israel to perform with a troupe of Deafblind theater actors.

Albert is the founder of My Blind Spot, a company that focuses on accessibility consulting. With the Holman Prize, he would create a training program to prepare people with disabilities for careers in accessibility.

Naomi is a college student. With the Holman Prize, she would work with college students to prepare them for the challenges they face.
Jeffrey Lowery
Jeffrey enjoys public speaking. With the Holman Prize, he would learn the sport of free-diving and then foster other blind people through the training to become free-divers.
Sara Patterson-Robert
Sara works as a buyer and seller of precious metals. With the Holman Prize, she would complete her bucket list by swimming with great white sharks, seeing the majestic narwhals, and skydiving into the Grand Canyon. She would document these adventures in a children’s book called The Adventures of Sightless Sara.
