Lance is the president of The North American Association of Blind Sportsmen. With the Holman Prize, he would take a group of blind hunters on a hunt in Washington State and document it for the show Adaptive Pursuits.
Jahan Ara Begum has a Master’s degree in Islamic History and Culture. With the Holman Prize, she would develop an online platform to help blind people learn employment and entrepreneurial skills in Bangladesh.
Jason has been practicing law as a Federal Prosecutor since 2003. With the Holman Prize, he and a team of blind climbers would attempt to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro. The journey will be captured in a feature-length documentary.
